What you buy, how to use it, and how refunds work.

Your purchase
The launch offer is $4.99 one-time for the first 100 customers. The currency, taxes, total price, and included features must be shown before you pay. Buy for what the app does today; future features are not guaranteed.
The checkout currently uses Dodo Payments test mode. It is not a real purchase.
Delivery for live purchases is handled through Dodo Payments. Follow the delivery instructions provided with your order confirmation.
Your licence
You buy permission to use FenceTheCode, not ownership of the software. Your project files remain yours. One-time payment does not automatically include every future feature or major version.
Using FenceTheCode
FenceTheCode connects Codex in ChatGPT Desktop to approved local folders on Windows. Read-only mode and Write with approval are available. In Write with approval mode, you review and apply proposed changes in FenceTheCode. Claude Code support is coming soon.
Use only projects you have permission to share. Review approved folders and protection rules, save your work, and keep backups. These protections do not guarantee that every secret or unsafe request will be detected. Do not use the app to bypass access controls or violate someone else’s rights.

If FenceTheCode is not right for you, request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase time on your receipt. No reason is required. The launch offer is covered too.
Include your order number and purchase email address when requesting a refund. Do not send payment-card details or private project files. Email anuragkulkarni4321@gmail.com for help.
Eligible refunds are processed through Dodo Payments back to the original payment method. Your provider and bank determine when the money appears. Stop using the refunded licence once the refund is processed.
This policy adds to your legal rights. It does not shorten any statutory cancellation period or remove remedies for faulty or misdescribed software. Contact us about those rights even after 7 days.
AI and other services
Approved code requested by Codex is shared with the AI. The AI provider’s terms and your account settings apply. Third-party services may need separate accounts or subscriptions and can change their availability or APIs. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply endorsement.

Reliability and your rights
We cannot promise that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every third-party change. Nothing here excludes warranties, liability, or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

We will date updates to these terms. Changes will not take away rights attached to an earlier purchase where the law protects them.
