Your local code

You choose the local project folders FenceTheCode can access. Requests are checked against approved folder boundaries and protection rules. FenceTheCode does not provide cloud code storage.

What is shared with the AI

Only approved code requested by Codex is shared with the AI. The AI provider handles that content under its own policies and your account settings.

Project files may contain personal or confidential information. Review what you approve and share only material you are authorized to disclose.

Activity logs

The desktop app provides an activity log for allowed and blocked requests. Review logs before sharing them with anyone, including support, and remove private project information you do not need to disclose.

This website

This website has no analytics or account login. Checkout buttons take you to a Dodo Payments-hosted page. Checkout details are entered there, not collected through an email form on this website.

Our hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver and secure the website.

Support and purchases

The checkout currently uses Dodo Payments test mode and does not create a real purchase.

If you contact us, the information you send is used to handle your request. Do not send passwords, private keys, payment-card details, or unnecessary project content.

Dodo Payments handles checkout information under the policies linked from its checkout. For delivery, refunds, and support, we may use your purchase email address, order reference, payment status, and information you send us. Do not send us payment-card details.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where applicable, or complain to the relevant privacy regulator.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its date when our data practices change, including when the checkout moves from test mode to live mode, and provide additional notice where required.
